REC and HIE Summit: Special eHI Registration Discount
RATE FOR GENERAL eHI MEMBERS
The REC/HIE Summit is pleased to announce a special discounted registration rates for eHI members - onsite attendance for $995 (save $800) or online attendance for $595 (save $800).
To receive this discounted rate, print and complete the registration form, enter the optional registration code "eHI" and the discounted amount, and fax to 206-319-5303 or mail to: REC/HIE Summit Office, 22529 39th Ave SE, Bothell, WA 98021.
This discount applies prospectively only and can not be used by those already registered as a basis for a partial refund.
SPECIAL RATE FOR ACADEMIC/GOVERNMENT/HIE/REC
For the purpose of qualifying for the academic/government rates, "academic" shall apply to individuals who are full time teaching staff or students of an academic institution, "government" shall apply individuals who are full time employees of federal, state or local regulatory agencies, and "HIE" and "REC" shall apply to full time employees of any health information exchange or regional extension center. This rate does not include the Preconference or Post conference.
